THE SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping and Delivery Policy (“Shipping Policy”) is applicable to the customers of ‘Zigly’ a brand of Cosmo First Limited( Formerly Cosmo Films Limited ), who for the purpose of buying the products and for subscription of services have visited website www.petsofparadise.store (“Website”) and/or mobile application Pets of Paradise – For Happy Pets (“App”), hereinafter both Website and App together are known as “Platform”.

This Shipping Policy is meant to assist and educate the customers about the process of shipping and delivery of products ordered by the customer through Platform and about the shipping charges that will be paid by the customer.

For this Shipping Policy, wherever the context so requires “you” or “user” or “customer” shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a buyer / customer by registering himself / herself on the Website and/or App by providing the registration data using computer / mobile system or by purchasing product(s) from Website and/or App. The term “we”, “us” or “our” shall be referred to Zigly.

Shipping Timelines:

We strive to deliver your orders as swiftly as possible. Please find below the estimated shipping timelines for various locations:

1) Metro Mumbai: 12-48 hours
2) Navi Mumbai, Thane: 12-72 hours
3) Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad: 3 to 5 Working days.
4) All other locations: 5 to 8 working days.

Please note that products shipped directly from the seller will be dispatched within 48-72 hours, as they are shipped separately and may take 2 to 7 working days to be delivered.

Please be aware that these shipping dates are subject to change based on the weather and geographical conditions of the route.

Terms and Conditions:

How does the delivery process work?
Once you order product(s), either from the Website and/or App and after our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure that the quality of the product(s) is intact. After the product(s) pass through the quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted deliver partner to deliver the product(s) to your doorstep at the earliest possibility.

How are Product(s) Packaged?
We package the product(s) as per the category of the product, the product(s) is either packed in a corrugated box or is packed with additional filling in courier polybag. We take all the measures to ensure that product(s) are delivered to you without any damage, by any chance you receive any damaged products you may seek exchange / return of the product(s) as per the ‘Cancellation and Return Policy’ made available for your reference on the Platform.

Locations to which Zigly ships product(s)
We ship product(s) throughout India.

If your order has been shipped, can you track it?
After you place your order on the Platform, you can track the status of your order by clicking “My Order” on the Website and/or App.

Estimated Shipping Time.
We usually dispatch most of the orders within 01 (One) business days.

Multiple Shipments
There is a possibility that your order may be shipped in different parts if you have ordered different products under one order.

Shipment Charges
A flat shipment charge of INR 50/-(fifty) is applicable in respect of all prepaid orders below the net value of INR 749/-(seven hundred & forty nine) post any discount applied and there shall be no shipment charge for order of value above INR 749/- (four hundred ninety-nine).

Disputes
The Hon’ble Courts at New Delhi shall be the exclusive competent courts to deal with the issues arising out of Shipping Policy to the exclusion of all other courts in India.

Arbitration 
The disputes shall be settled amicably between the parties, however, if due to any reason whatsoever the disputes couldn’t be settled then the sole arbitrator appointed under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 shall settle the disputes. Seat of the Arbitrator shall be at New Delhi and proceedings shall be the dealt under the Indian Laws.
